NEWS BULLETIN MAY 28^th  2011.

Dear friends,

Following our letter to you of April 20^th , may we kindly request you to read this bulletin carefully and give us your reply  as soon as possible !

Step by step we are finalising the organisation of this outstanding event and we are indeed happy to inform you as follows.

The transport facilities.

Our German committee members have come up with a sound solution for the transportation of the participants. We have learned that quite a number of the players and their partners will be using their own cars to travel about Neuss.

The deal we have struck with the bus company is a very efficient and simple one. Everyone requiring to use the bus shuttle is invited to buy a ticket at the price of 10,= Euros p.p.!  This bus ticket will be valid from August 22^nd to 26^th.
Please let us know urgently how many of your teams will be using this facility, enabling the committee to order one(1) or two(2) buses depending of the number of users.

The famous  RIVERBOAT SHUFFLE on the river Rhine on Thursday August 25th.

You all will understand that this fantastic trip will be one of the highlights of this Tournament. Please note that the shuttle service from Hotel to Boat is included in the price of 50,=  Euros p.p.!
You will be further informed of all details in due time.
But we count on a full attendance from Teams and their supporters..

 ATTENTION !

We would highly appreciate if you could let us have the following information by the end of June or even before:

• The number of participants ( and their names) using the bus shuttle to and from the Hockey grounds August 22^nd – 26^th   
• The number ( and their names) of friends and their partners attending the River boat shuffle
• The names, birth dates and team colours of the players, enabling us to prepare the official Tournament Programme (changes to be communicated at the TM’s meeting). The players Registration Form is attached.

 The EUROHOCKEY CHAMPIONSHIPS WOMEN and MEN in Mönchengladbach.

The possibility will be offered and worked out when the details of requirements are known to us .Please convey your wishes via the Team Managers. We will  approach you with a letter mid-June on this subject.

It might interest you that we got some excellent advise and assistance from the FIH and EHF executives. This gives us the feeling of being a part of the large and happy Hockey family.
