The 3rd Solidarity Hockey Tournament takes place this Saturday

The 3rd Solidarity Hockey Tournament will take place next Saturday, with 70 teams and more than 1.100 participants.

Together with the competition, a dozen activities have been organized to make participants and visitors enjoy an entertaining and solidary day.

The 3rd Solidarity Hockey Tournament, which will be held this year in Club Egara Pla del Bon Aire facilities, will reach record figures. The Tournament, organized by the three historical Clubs of the city of Terrassa, that is Club Egara, Atlètic Terrassa and CD Terrassa, has had an incredible success of participants: more than 70 hockey teams and almost 1.200 players in hockey, tennis, paddle and spinning.

Therefore, the two previous editions success continues. This year the raised funds will be devoted to three NGOs: “Associació ABARTA” with Club Egara, “Stick for India” with Atlètic Terrassa, and the local “AUOP: Asociación Una oportunidad como los demás”, with CD Terrassa.

Other activities

As in previous editions, a number of parallel activities will be provided for visitors of all ages, to make children and youngsters aware of solidarity.

A 1st Hockey Photographers Workshop will take place during the Tournament.
