In co-operation with Infostrada Sports the EHF had today launched its new look website. You will find the site under the usual url www.eurohockey.org.
The site makes it easy to find information about Development and Competitions, our core activities. It is streamlined and designed with our stakeholders in mind. The interactive calendar will make finding events an easier task, up to and including 2018! With additional features, including our new Hall of Fame, we can now showcase our activities with video and photograph galleries as well as link events to twitter feeds.
We are very grateful to Infostrada Sports who have designed and developed this excellent site with the European hockey family in mind and to Carla Coteli who dared to dream back in 1999 by creating our first site and who has co-operated in bringing the new site to fruition. The Communications Committee has been the core group to bring the site to launch and it is perfectly designed to be used as a platform for all Committee projects into the future.
Angus Kirkland, Director General of the EHF said ‘The EHF website is at the centre of our Communications strategy. What we have produced with Infostrada Sports is a fluid site that can evolve in combination with our Strategic Plan and goals going forward. We hope that it will not only service the necessary business end of our activities and in addition become a site that is dynamic to attract hockey fans!”
Danny Menken, CEO Infostrada Sports said ‘We are delighted that the European Hockey Federation has entrusted Infostrada Sports with the task of developing and designing their new website. Infostrada Sports is highly experienced in the area of field hockey and as a partner of Euro Hockey League we are responsible for the innovative video production and the digital platform. I am happy that the new website has been launched. The new website allows the EHF to reach its target audiences in the best possible manner with the aim to keep continuing developing and promoting hockey in Europe.”
