EHL hosts, Oranje Zwart win the Dutch playoffs

Posted On 14th April 2014

The hockey men in Black and Orange became the Dutch champions for the second time. A day after the 3-2 away win at Bloemendaal they also won the home game 3-2 in the final of the playoffs.
Oranje Zwart finished a tremendous season with winning the Dutch playoffs in some style.
Mink van der Weerden underlined his great season yet again in the second of the two final games. The top scorer of OZ was as accurate as ever, beating the Bloemendaal defenders with a clinical backhand strike, putting OZ 3-1 ahead.
There was a fantastic crowd to watch OZ take their second in a row title.
