David Voskamp is announced as the EHF Competitions Co-Ordinator

The EHF announced today that David Voskamp, current Event Manager at Koninklijke Nederlandse Hockey Bond has been appointed as the EHF Competitions Co-Ordinator.
EHF’s Director General, Angus Kirkland said “The EHF is looking forward to welcoming David to the EHF team as Competitions Co-Ordinator.  David comes with a wealth of experience having been Events Manager at the KNHB since 2007 and is a part of the KNHB team staging the forthcoming FIH RaboBank World Cup. Competition is a core element the EHF’s activities and so to have someone of David’s calibre coming to the EHF is terrific. David will start in his new role on 1st August 2014.”
David, a graduate of NHTV International University of Applied Sciences in Breda majoring in Leisure and Sports Management and with a strong hockey background with his club, Hockey Club Klein Zwitserland, brings to the EHF not only his wide experience of Co-ordinating major hockey events but also his knowledge of the game of hockey.
David said “I would like to thank the EHF for this wonderful opportunity. Hockey has not only been my profession since joining the KNHB but my passion all my life. I’m really looking forward to working with the staff, volunteers and local organisers who make European Hockey work!”
