Sweden and Slagelse the winners at the Mason Cup 2015

Posted On 5th January 2015

A fantastic tournament has come to an end and congratulations to Sweden, Men and Slagelse, Women, who won the tournament.

After a grueling and intense 3 days of Indoor hockey hosted by Orient Lyngby, it was Sweden men who nosed out Canada in the cracking final (21 goals). In the Women’s event it was Slagese who took the honours, again a tremendously exciting final game where they managed to defeat a very good Dinamo Elektrostal, 8-7 the final score.

The level of play and intensity bodes well for the very exciting EuroHockey Indoor season which starts on 16th January with the EuroHockey Indoor Junior Championships Men in Torun and the Championships II in Sveti Ivan Zelina, more details coming soon.
