And finally in Ankara, it was the ladies of Slagelse with a 5-2 final win that earned  them the 3rd Cup on offer this weekend.

It was a tremendous end to the EuroHockey Indoor calendar and the President of the EHF, Marijke Fleuren thanked “The hosts Gintra, Arminen and Kecioren Baglum SK, you did a great job. My thanks also to the officials and umpires who traveled from all over Europe to ensure the games were played in a fair ‘level’ playing field for all. I would especially like to thank the players for their energy, commitment and showing off the wonderful game that is indoor hockey. We are looking forward to next year already!”
