The Nomination period for Indoor 2016 is now officially open. It will remain open for six weeks, ending on April 17th, 2015. All nominations are submitted by the National Associations through our Automated Web System (AWS), which can be accessed by clicking on ‘Appointments’ link on the right hand side of the site.
Please bear in mind that no nominations will be accepted outside the designated period.
Furthermore, the EHF Appointments Committee strongly advices you to nominate as many umpires/officials as possible.
Remember that you are able to nominate twice a year: once for Indoor and once for Outdoor. Both periods last 6 weeks! It’s really important to think carefully when nominating. Look at our competition calendar and ask: is this umpire/official available? Is his/her English up to par? Lastly, remember, we’re here to help!
Some useful reminders:
– All appointments are made at the Appointment Committee’s discretion.
– There is no limit to how many umpires/officials you can appoint. We advise you to nominate as many as possible to avoid any problems arising from illness, work scheduling conflicts and so on.
– Our automated appointments system (AWS) will send automatic reminders for every unanswered appointment. If an appointment has gone unanswered for over 28 days and we have not received any news, this appointment is subject for removal at the AC’s discretion.
