EHCCC – A family day out!

31:03:2015, Brussels: In addition to 12 fantastic games of hockey at the EuroHockey Club Champions Cup, the hosts, SCHC have created something very unique and special for their first ever hosting of this Event. On each day they have created side-events to ensure that every member of the family will have a great day out when not watching the superb hockey on display!

As a club that prides itself in being a hockey family, there is something for everyone during the EHCCC in Bilthoven, have a look!

Good Friday is Junior Day:

Under 10’s – Easter egg hunt

The Easter Bunny needs help to find his eggs for Easter! Are you under 10? Come you help him find his eggs?
At 14.30 you can sign up at the front of the clubhouse.

Over 10’s – Painting banners

If you are more than 10 then maybe you want to create banners to support your team?
Again, you can report at 14.30, next to the clubhouse.

Rabo Youth Day

Rabobank organizes Rabo Youth Day for young players. This is a Rabo hockey clinic operated by SportWays. For this purpose, Rabobank has invited four hockey clubs children.

Easter Sunday is Family Day: 

On Easter Sunday SCHC organizes a fun day for young and old, families and teams! Come on watch the hockey, hunt for eggs, have a nice Easter lunch and dance the evening away. In addition to two top matches at 10.45 and 13.00, we organize a G-hockey match (hockey for disabled persons) the morning and a afternoon sports challenge for anyone who wants to participate.

13.00 – Easter lunch and start of the 2nd game of the EHCCC tournament

14:00 – Boot camp for all: 1 hour led by Jessica Demmers

15:15 – All-star game Women SCHC – Liberoos

17:00 – 21:00 – BBQ – dancing with band and DJ

The sports challenge is organized for everybody. Passe partout holders, day ticket holders with family members and relatives of participating clubs playing the EHCCC. So put on your sports equipment on Sunday, take a nice lunch at the club, watch entertaining contests, go wild on the boot camp and end the day with a pleasant musical framed BBQ. G Hockey: 

On Easter Sunday, as part of the EHCCC Family Day,  SCHC organizes a G-hockey clinic, a clinic for people with special needs.

10.15 – Welcome and coffee
11.00 – G-hockey clinic

On Monday with a full schedule of 4 games, 3 medals, 7 thousand euro and 1 Trophy up for grabs, that will be festival enough!
