Top Coaches Seminar at the Fintro Hockey World League in Antwerp



Ten members of the EHF TCP participated in a seminar at the Fintro Hockey World League in Antwerp between 23-27 June.

Guest presenters included:

Gavin Featherstone double Olympic coach – Counter attack hockey
Eric Verboom Dutch U21 coach – Motoric learning
Hans Streeder Dutch U21 assistant coach – Power Hockey
Dr Annemieke. M. Zijerveld – Sports Psychologist – Mental Toughness

TCP mentors Michel Kinnen, Norbert Nederlof and David Passmore also presented various topics on Performance Hockey

The group used the FIH World League event in Antwerp to analyse matches and styles of play and several delegates led practical sessions at Belgian clubs Victory HC and Antwerp HC.

The group were delighted to see one of their TCP colleagues in action in the World League. Krzysztof Rachwalski was there as Head Coach to the Polish Women’s team.
