W – Belgium – Germany 0-7 (0-1)
In the Women’s event, Germany stamped their authority on their semi-final with an early goal from Micheel. However it took them until the 38th minute to get their second. And then the gates opened for their 0-7 win over Belgium

In the C Pool relegation games Russian and Spain came away with the points leaving the final day critical for who will join Scotland in the Championships II.
W- Netherlands – England 6-0 (3-0)
Netherlands also had a big win over England, see the highlights below, bodes well for a great Final between Germany and The Netherlands.
In the Boys event:
B – England v Ireland 1 – 2 (1 – 1) and Russia v Scotland 2 – 3 (0 – 1)
It was an all Celtic day as Ireland and Scotland both took 3 points from their games v England and Russia respectively. Ireland will remain in the Championship division and the Scotland and England need to get a win tomorrow to remain in the Division.
B – Spain 3 – 7 (1 – 5) Germany
In the first semi-final the hosts put up a great fight against a very good and well organised German team. Top scorer so far in the event (on 9 goals) and a ‘one to watch’ Tim Herzbruch added 2 to his tally in their 3-7 win over the hosts.

In the second semi-final it was a very close game with both sides capable of the win. It took until the 61st minute for The Netherlands to break through the excellent Belgian defense and the reply came a minute later from Stanley Verhoeven to even the score. No joy in normal time to separate the teams! So we went to a fantastic and well executed shoot out. There had to be a winner from this game and it came via Jonas de Geus who put The Netherlands through 3-4. The now face Germany in the Final.
