FIH Report

Marijke Fleuren reported on the most recent meeting of the FIH Executive Board

The President reported that it would shortly be announced that the FIH EB had accepted unanimously to revert back to 6 v 6 for Hockey Indoor. It was also apparent that other innovations would be considered on the coming months.

The President also reported that a presentation was received on the future Event Portfolio. It was clear a lot of work had been done but a lot more was needed to do. The President stressed that we, as Europe, could offer 30 days of top Hockey for TV broadcasters. It is important therefore that our top events continue to be an integral part of any new portfolio.
