Friday Focus – Coaches 4 Europe (C4E) In Rome

Posted On 25th March 2016

A group of 10 C4E coaches met in Rome for their first seminar of the 2 year programme. Excellent facilities were available at the Italian Olympic training complex.

Head Educator Norbert Nederlof and assistant Educators Norman Hughes and Tomislav Jamicic delivered a variety of topics covering the principles of possession play. Individual technical and tactical issues were discussed practically and on video. This seminar forms the first part of this C4E groups FIH Academy level 2 assessment.

In August the group continue their journey at Breda Push HC where they will complete their Level 2 whilst covering other tactical areas.

EHF wishes to thank Italian Hockey Federation for supporting our visit to Rome.
