#FridayFocus – ParaHockey at EHL Final4

Posted On 20th May 2016

During the EHL Final4 this past weekend in Barcelona, a ParaHockey exhibition match was played on the Pau Negre Stadium on May 14th. Before Atlètic de Terrassa, Kampong, Amsterdam H&BC and Harvestehuder came on the pitch to play, two regional selection ParaHockey teams took to the main stage.

The Barcelona ParaHockey Selection included players from the Para divisions of F.C. Barcelona, R.C. Polo and Catalonia H.C. The Vallés ParaHocky Selection included players from the Para divisions of Club Egara, Atlètic de Terrassa, Junior F.C. and Iluro H.C

It was a great integration experience for all players and fans, as the game was shown on the big screen at the stadium and fans were already present. This match also provided a trial opportunity for the 11 v 11 ParaHockey format.
