2017 EuroHockey Championships, Dates, Venues and Teams UPDATED

The 2017 EuroHockey Championships (Men and Women) will take place on the following dates at the venues stated. Participating nations have qualified for each division based on their final ranking from the 2015 competition.

Men’s Championship

Teams:            Pool A: AUT/BEL/ESP/NED / Pool B: ENG/GER/IRL/POL

Venue:             Amsterdam (NED)

Dates:             18-27 August 2017 

 

Men’s Championship II

Teams:            Pool A: FRA/POR/SCO/UKR / Pool B: CZE/RUS/SUI/WAL

Venue:             Glasgow (SCO)

Dates:             6-12 August 2017

 

Men’s Championship III

Teams:            Pool A:ITA/SVK/TUR Pool B:BLR/CRO/LTU/MLT

Venue:             Sveti Ivan Zelina (CRO)

Dates:             30 July-5 August 2017

Note: DEN withdrew 

 

Men’s Championship IV

Teams:            One Pool: CYP/FIN/GIB/HUN/SLO

Venue:             Lipovci (SLO)

Dates:             31 July-5 August 2017

 

Women’s Championship

Teams:            Pool A: BEL/CZE/ESP/NED / Pool B: ENG/GER/IRL/SCO

Venue:             Amsterdam (NED)

Dates:             18-27 August 2017

 

Women’s Championship II

Teams:            Pool A: FRA/ITA/RUS/UKR / Pool B: AUT/BLR/POL/WAL

Venue:             Cardiff (WAL)

Dates:             6-12 August 2017

 

Women’s Championship III

Teams:            One Pool: CRO/LTU/SLO/SUI/TUR

Venue:             Sveti Ivan Zelina (CRO)

Dates:             30 July-5 August 2017

 

Note: The withdrawal date for all tournaments in this competition is 15 January 2017.
Any National Association withdrawing after that date may be subject to a fine or other disciplinary action by EHF. See current EHF Regulations for further details.
