SNG in Bulgaria – Umpiring seminar in Kamchia

4th April 2017

Supporting National Growth in Bulgaria

EHF Education Committee member Thomas Eilmer conducted a Supporting National Growth (SNG) umpiring seminar in Kamchia, Bulgaria, during the Bulgarian National Indoor Championships (17-19 March).

15 enthusiastic umpires worked hard on and off the pitch, with classroom sessions accompanying the weekend of umpiring. Video debriefs from each of the games were also held.

The seminar also included two umpire coaches, who worked closely with Thomas to improve on their coaching skills by getting some hands on training.

Many thanks to Thomas for his time and effort and to Bulgarian Hockey Federation for their assistance in organising this course.
