Final Day – EuroHockey Indoor Club Challenge I, Murska Sobota

26th February 2018: The final day of the EuroHockey Club Challenge in Murska Sobota and the decisions for promotion would be made! There was a huge crowd who enjoyed some great hockey matches. 

Game: Lisbon Casuals 2 KPH 4

It was an equal game with some surprising goals. Both had chances but didn’t score them. 

Game: Moravske Toplice 1 Whitchurch Saints 2 

Moravske toplice led 1-0, but later game Whitchurch came back and scored. Moravske Toplice had chances but didn’t scored, as both teams were going for the win it was an attractive game. 

Game: Bolu 4 Partile 2 

It was an interesting game as the Turks did not get into their usual fast paced stride. As the game went on they were more in control and won.

Game: Akademik 2 Pisa 8 

This was a very intersting game as the Bulgarians led but couldn’t get the goals scored to push ahead. Pisa took control of the second half and got the win.
