#MotivationMonday – A huge thanks to our TCP mentors

2nd July 2018

2nd July 2018: Motivation Monday is a series of blogs that allow us to highlight the stories in hockey that we know are inspirational to hockey fans. Very often we get the chance to showcase the work of some unsung heroes!

Today is our chance to say thank you to our Top Coaches Programme (TCP) Mentors who guide and develop our Top Coaches around Europe.

The final TCP seminar took place in Breda in conjunction with the FIH Champions Trophy from 21st – 25th June. 20 coaches from 11 European nations took part.

The mentors, who lead the programme; challenge, tease out ideas, push the coaches on our TCP Programmes to find the best in themselves, but who are they?

The feedback from the coaches that attend was fantastic as Tim Broenink said “Great thanks to the European Hockey Federation for the high level content of the course! Besides that all the mentors have a expert level of knowledge in different area’s. Really an ideal area to improve yourself as a coach! Just a special thanks to my mentor Robin Rösch one of the great mentors on our course who really inspires me as a person! Love working with all of you, please don’t be strangers guys and keep on developing and sharing knowledge.”

How do I get involved ?

Want to learn from these and other TCP Mentors? The nominations open in October 2018, be sure to be a part of this!
