Posted On 7th September 2018

SportWays and The European Hockey Federation have signed another 3 year agreement. They will work closely on hockey development in Europe by collaborating on creating possibilities for ambitious coaches from all over Europe. This involves the Coaches 4 Europe events, coaches allowing to attend the SportWays LAB in Barcelona and inviting them to join the SportWays/EHF Hockey Camp in Barcelona. This joint effort builds a concept where both parties support the education of young and talented coaches, which is the key to success.

Thomas Tichelman, founder of SportWays: “SportWays and the EHF are collaborating already for 19 years since 1996 Dublin EC. We are very happy that we continue our cooperation across Europe educating young and talented Hockey Coaches in our EHF-SportWays hockey camps and clinics!”

Director General of the European Hockey Federation Angus Kirkland added “We are proud to announce a renewal of our longstanding partnership with SportWays. The new agreement runs for three years and will see the partnership grow into its 25th year. This particular partnership will provide our EHF Coaches 4 Europe Programme with an intensive coaching environment every year at the world renowned SportWays Camps.”
