The EHF Competitions Committee Outdoor met in Vienna 7-8 September 2018 for its 2nd meeting of 2018.

On Friday 7th September the Regulations Working Group met and some recommendations were presented to the Competitions Committee Outdoor on Saturday 8th September. The regulations and Event Manuals will be updated where necessary.

The Committee received updates regarding EHF and FIH matters and reviewed the 2018 Outdoor Club events and U18 Championships. The Committee was happy to hear the events went well and congratulated all hosts with their great work.

The Committee was also updated on the outdoor 2019 Championships for Senior, Junior and U16 events.

The calendar congestion was extensively discussed and changes are proposed to the EHF Executive Board.

The Committee also considered all entries and Applications to Host the 2019 outdoor club events and made decisions of the Trophy and Challenge events. The outcome will be published in the near future.

The offers to host the EHCC 2019 were considered as well and a recommendation to the EHF Executive Board has been made. After the Executive Board Meeting (21-22 September) the host will be announced on the EHF Website.
