Following a successful EuroHockey Indoor Junior Championships Men last weekend, we now turn to the Women’s Championship weekend 18/20 January in Tarnowskie Gory, Poland and the Championship II in Sveti Ivan Zelina, Croatia.
EuroHockey Indoor Junior Championship, Women, Tarnowskie Gory, Poland
Pool A: Belarus, Poland, Switzerland and Turkey
2017 runners up Belarus will be hoping to go one better following their loss to the Czech Republic by the tightest of margins in a shootout! They face 5th ranked and hosts Poland, 4th ranked Switzerland and 8th ranked Turkey. (Turkey was saved relegation due to the withdrawal of Italy.)
Pool B: Austria, Czech Republic, Russia and Ukraine
In Pool B the current Champions face 6th ranked Austria, 3rd ranked Russia and new entrant Ukraine.

EuroHockey Indoor Junior Championship II, Women, Sveti Ivan Zelina, Croatia
In the Junior Championship II division 4 teams Croatia, Slovakia, Sweden and Wales will battle it out for one promotional slot in 2021. We are delighted with the growth of indoor hockey at this level that enables us to have a Championship II level event, a first since 2011.
