This coming weekend some 54 clubs gear up to take part in what is a Festival of Club hockey in Europe.
From Prague to Kordin, Wettingen to Sieamianowice Slaskie, Alayna to Vienna and finally Boryspil the final EuroHockey Club events of 2019 will take place.
Each club is preparing to put in their best performances, looking to improve on their last year’s efforts, or participating for the first time and relishing the chance to compete against the best clubs in Europe in their division!
The lineup is impressive as 54 clubs will compete in 7 events. A massive increase from 50 years ago, when in the founding year of the EHF, 1969, 12 clubs played an unofficial event in Brussels.
