Day Three- EuroHockey Club Challenge II, Men, Prague

KPH Rača played against HK Lipovci, both teams fighting for promotion to upper group. Lipovci scored first and held the lead for a nearly two quarters. Rača’s players camr back strong, and it was worth it. In the 3/4 they scored and tied the game. After a well played corner in the last quarter, KPH Rača won 2:1. The day’s second match was a fairly one-sided match. HC Grammarians scored the first goal in 3rd minute. Ardas Rudamina were never able to get a foothold in the game. Grammarians just kept pushing and they did well, winning 5:0 and 5 points. SK Slavia Praha played against Nacka LHK, a position in the upper group was a sure deal for SKS, but  Nacka still had that to play for; they needed to win this match. First to score was Daniel Piterak from the host team. Afterwards Slavia pushed even more and didn’t give opponent any chance to start an attack. In the second quarter they increased the gap, through Josef Toms and afterwards David Vacek from penalty stroke. End of the match 3:0 for SK Slavia Praha.
