Back on the third day of the competition in Cambrai.
Match 7: Czech Republic v Belarus 1-1
A critical game for both teams as they attempted to get points on the board as the day started with the Czech Republic against Belarus. The game ended in a 1-1 draw.
Match 8: Poland v France (Pool B) 1-2
A top table clash as France played against Poland. It brought supporters from Hauts-de-france and region of Paris. We organized an animation with the french mascot to boost the public. During this match, about 200 people were present in the stands. Poland went ahead in the first quarter but goals from Simon Martin Brisac and Charles Masson sealed the victory for the hosts.
Both matches took place in windy and unsettled weather. But, spirit and investment of the organisation’s members were intact.
