Wherever you are in the world, you can enjoy the Belfius EuroHockey Championships (16th – 25th August 2019) from Antwerp as 16 teams battle it out for the coveted continental title and two Olympic tickets on the line.
Over 10 days and 40 matches, some of the world’s best sides will showcase top-class international hockey. Here’s where you can enjoy all the action:
Belgium:
Eleven Sports, VRT, RTBF – Eleven Sports, RTBF and VRT have joined forces for maximum “coverage” of the EuroHockey Championships in Antwerp.
Eleven Sports will broadcast all matches from the tournament via its TV channels, both for men and women. The matches of the Red Lions and the Red Panthers, as well as the semi-finals and finals, will also be shown on the VRT and the RTBF and so will be accessible to everyone in Belgium. The matches of the Belgians will also be streamed live on the Facebook page of Eleven Sports (this will be GEO blocked in Belgium)
Worldwide:
EuroHockey TV
The EHF is delighted that all 40 games of the Belfius EuroHockey Championships Men and Women will be shown live on its video channel EuroHockeyTV.org
The games will be shown in HD with full TV production and commentary led by the “voice of hockey” Nick Irvine.
Access to all the games will be via an Event Pass for €9.99, which will include all games and highlights from all the games. All games will be GEO blocked in Belgium; Belgian subscribers should go to Eleven Sports.
The Netherlands:
NOS – NOS will broadcast all games involving the Dutch men’s and women’s teams as well as the bronze matches and finals live. All of these games will be shown LIVE on NPO 1, 2 or 3. NPO 1, 2 or 3 will also show highlights on their news broadcasts throughout the tournament.
United Kingdom:
BBC – The BBC will transmit live coverage of all matches featuring England, Wales, Ireland and Scotland on their website. The BBC will also carry live coverage of the semi-finals, bronze medal and final matches on their digital platforms. Should England reach the final of either England’s men’s or women’s team reach the final, the BBC will show either live coverage or highlights. (Note games are not available in the Republic of Ireland)
Spain:
Teledeporte – all Spanish matches will be broadcast on Teledeporte.
Germany:
ARD/ZDF – live match coverage will run through Eurohockey TV; highlights of all German matches will be shown on the public stations ARD and ZDF.
