Announcing the names for Group 14, Inez Cooper, Chair of the EHF Education Committee said “We hope all umpires will have a great experience on the U4E Programme. The UDP Programme is a proven pathway for our top umpires, many of who are now amongst the best in the world. I would say to this lucky group, take all the opportunities that are offered, develop yourselves as people as well as umpires and as we have seen from the 13 groups before you by the end of the 3 years you will have a fantastic network of mentors, fellow umpires and most of all a group of friends for life who will support you in your future careers.”
