We need you! A chance to shape our future top coaches

Posted On 29th October 2019

Did you know that the EHF’s Coaching Programmes (Supporting National Growth, Coaches for Europe and Top Coaches Programmes) are led by top coach educators?

Dedicated, professional coaches from all over Europe have given their time to ensure the highest standards of coaching, to challenge our up and coming coaches, to discuss and debate hot topics around our sport.

We are seeking out top coach educators (men and women) who are willing to give their time to lead our up and coming coaches over the coming years.

Have a read of our programmes (EHF Coach Education Programme booklet for 2020.) and decide can you help us to lead these coaches in their hockey journey over the coming 3 years?

Want to make a difference??

The EHF runs a series of programmes aimed at creating world-class coach education environments. The aim is to allow opportunities to stretch learning, share knowledge and expand the quality of coaching across the European Hockey Federation member nations. Following a recent EHF Coaching Committee meeting it was decided to put out a call for an expression of interest for those that would like to be considered to work on and deliver EHF Coaching programmes across the European Hockey Membership.

The programmes are delivered under a three-tier structure

  • Supporting National Growth (SNG)
  • Coaches 4 Europe (C4E)
  • Top Coaches Programme (TCP)

The minimum coaching certificates are required to deliver the following courses.

  • SNG – Minimum of TCP, FIH Level 3 or Equivalent
  • C4E – Minimum of FIH Level 4 or Equivalent
  • TCP – Minimum of FIH Final Course or Equivalent

If you want to find out more about this and put forward your expression of interest, please find the attached document which summarises the programmes and press on the link below to express your interest in becoming an EHF Coach Educator.

CLOSING DATE IS 15TH NOVEMBER
