Hosts hdm will face Düsseldorfer HC in the EuroHockey Indoor Club Cup Final

Semi-final: hdm v HC Minsk 6-3

The first semifinal of the Women Club Cup between hdm and HC Minsk was played in front of a packed home crowd. The opening goal in minute 4’ was for the local team, followed by a second quarter in which Minsk converted a pc and the Dutch team scored twice. hdm took control of the second half led with a goal in the third quarter answered by one from HC Minsk at the beginning of the last quarter. Minsk lost some of their fluidity through some ill-discipline and cards. A stroke, a PC and one action goal rounded up an excellent game for hdm and their pass into the final

Semi-final: Düsseldorfer HC v MSC Sumchanka 3-2

In the second semifinal, between the German and the Ukrainian team to get a spot in the final against hdm. No goals in the first quarter, with both teams securing their own goal. Both teams settled into the game and it was in the second quarter that both teams got more chances to score. Finally, Sumchanka opened the score with a quick response from Düsseldorf it was 1-1 at halftime. The third quarter gave the lead momentarily to Sumchanka because a well-executed PC by the German team. One more PC in for Düsseldorf at the end of the quarter with no more action in the last quarter made the definitive score 3-2. The two first places from the Pools (Düsseldorf and hdm) will face each other tomorrow in the final.

Dinamo secured their position in the Championship division for 2021. The game tomorrow morning East Grinstead v Club de Campo will be staying in the division with them!

Match 14: East Grinstead v SV Arminen 4-1

The game began with a spectacular goal just before the end of the first quarter from East Grinstead, although the German team showed effort and attitude during the first and second quarter.
One goal at the end in the third quarter of the first game in Pool C for East Grinstead, who in the last ten minutes took advantage of SV Arminen having no goalkeeper to score two more goals. The German team scored one last goal to make the final score 4-1.

Match 15: Club de Campo v Dinamo Elektrostal 3-4

After no goals in the first ten minutes, the second quarter started with one goal for the Russian team, followed by a Spanish comeback. One last goal before halftime left everything open for the last 20’. Two more goals in the third quarter for Dinamo Elektrostal and one for Club de Campo led to one last quarter in which there were no goals. The final score was 3-4.
